It has been almost a month since my last post. In early October, Mrs. Henry and I took the kids on a mini-vacation. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I am somewhat of a planner. However, this trip was largely planned last minute. Since our kids are still attending school virtually, we thought it was a perfect opportunity to vacation in October since this is a time period we normally cannot travel since the kids would be in traditional school.
